Italian Recipe - Hot Pepper Jam Crostini

This appetizer is as easy as it gets! And if hot is a hit for you, you are in luck! The Migliarese Hot Pepper Jam is not for the faint of heart. The extra kick of their homegrown red peppers gives this jam a lasting flavor. Pair it with a refreshing white like Tonnino Mediterraneo. The crisp, mellow flavor is an excellent accompaniment and refreshes your palate.
- 1 baguette loaf
- 9 oz. goat cheese
- 1 jar Migliarese Hot Pepper Jam
- Thinly slice the baguette. Place the slices on a baking sheet. Under the broiler, lightly toast both sides. Allow to cool.
- Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each slice of bread.
- Place a dollop of the Migliarese Hot Pepper Jam on each slice and gently spread over the goat cheese.
