Italian Recipe - Ambrosia

This recipe for ambrosia is about as easy as it gets and combines some of our favorite things - espresso (of course!), cinnamon and honey! Who wouldn't love it?
- 1 T honey
- 1 shot Pellini Tradizionale
- 1 1/2 ounce frothed milk
- Prepare the frothed milk.
- Pour the honey in an espresso cup.
- Prepare the espresso and pour it over the honey.
- Top with the frothed milk.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve with biscotti or chocolate.
